It’s a tool that allows us to listen to our staff members, suppliers, and customers, channeling valuable information to the Unicomer Group. The Unicomer Ethics Line provides five (05) personalized communication channels, through which possible situations related to unethical behavior, violations of legislation, regulations, rules, or internal policies can be reported. EY oversees ethics channels operation, receiving, recording, and communicating the reported information by the complainant, taking into account confidentiality and anonymity throughout the process.
