It has service centers in most countries where the Unicomer Group operates and provides maintenance and repair support to all the products sold by the Group. Among the additional services it provides are personalized attention through a customer service area and home visits. We have over 235 fully-trained technicians throughout the Caribbean. They are internationally trained and carry out up to 250,000 completed repairs every year.
