Our “Unicomer Retail Convention 2023” exceeded all our expectations. Over three days, we shared ideas with industry experts about omnichannel strategies, innovation, and customer-centric experiences. This event clearly highlighted the direction we're taking, aptly defined by our CEO & Chairman, Mario Siman, as a "5-Star Full-Service Retail Group"".
Throughout the convention, we aligned visions across our 26 countries, strengthening our teamwork and sharing strategies. Industry expert lectures provided us with essential insights, and at the same time, we deepened the bonds among our staff members from different nations.
Among the activities, we had a Showroom where we connected with a variety of suppliers across over 20 stands, each showcasing their most cutting-edge proposals. We got a firsthand look at all our products and delved deep into the innovations that will be key for our chains.
